Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread
4 cup(s) onions, sliced
2 medium jalapeño peppers
1/2 cup(s) Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, divided
8 Tbsp strawberry jam, divided
8 slices of country white bread
8 slices of yellow cheddar cheese
4 slices of bacon, cooked, broken in half

Melt spread in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onions and peppers, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden and tender, about 20 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Evenly spread ¼ cup mayonnaise, then 2 tablespoons of jam, on one side of bread slices.
Top 4 slices of bread with 4 slices of cheese, bacon, onion mixture, then remaining 4 slices of cheese and bread slices.
Evenly spread outside of sandwiches with remaining ¼ cup mayonnaise.
Cook sandwiches in same skillet over medium heat, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
