8 Oz Large Hass avocado
16 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 Tbsp lime, juiced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
30 Oz Central Market Organics Pinto Beans, drained and mashed
12 Oz salt
2 cup(s) Fully Cooked Ground Beef
16 Oz El Pinto Green Chile Sauce
1 cup(s) sour cream
2 cup(s) tomato, chopped

Instructions

To make guacamole: chop avocado chunks and combine with the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Spread a layer of mashed pinto beans on a deep dish pie pan.

Layer the cooled beef crumbles, shredded cheese, green chile sauce, guacamole, sour cream and chopped tomatoes.

Cover layered dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Serve dip with corn tortilla chips.
