3 Lb Boston Butt Pork Roast Bone-In
16 Oz Central Market Hatch Salsa Verde
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
1 cup(s) H-E-B Mi Comida 6 Cheese Blend
16 corn tortillas, warmed

In a crockpot set to low, add pork roast, salsa verde, green onions, salt, and pepper. Cover and let cook about 8 hours.
With tongs, pull meat apart and top with cheese.
Serve on tortillas with your favorite sides.
