Recipe makes 16 Servings

3/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) HEB Mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup(s) walnuts, chopped

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with aluminum foil; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, mayonnaise, eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth and set aside.
Place chocolate chips in a saucepan over another pan with water (double boiler), heated over medium heat for 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring often.
Stir egg mixture into melted chocolate until smooth.
Stir flour mixture and walnuts into chocolate batter until blended.
Spread batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake on center oven rack for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge comes out clean.
Place pan of brownies on a wire rack and cool. Cut brownies into 16 squares and serve.
