Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 large egg
1 Tsp Central Market Organics Adobo Seasoning
7 .0500 Oz Cauli Rice Cauliflower Rice with Broccoli
3 Tbsp almond flour
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Habanero Jack Cheese

Preheat oven to 450˚F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment or a silicon mat.
In a medium sized bowl mix together egg yolk and seasoning with a fork. Add caulirice, almond flour and cheese. Stir together with fork.
Using about 1 1/2 tablespoons each, form mixture into tater tot shapes with hands. Lay out on prepared baking sheet. Spray lightly with spray oil.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until light brown and crispy.
Chef's note: For even crispier tots, place near broiler for an additional 2 minutes.
