2 Tbsp Easy Red Wine Vinaigrette, see recipe
1/2 tomato, sliced
1 jumbo yellow sweet onion, rings separated
1 H-E-B Sabor Tradicional Sliced Jalapeño
1/2 cup(s) cucumber
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Layer the brisket, vinaigrette, tomato, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, shredded cheese and salad greens on a dinner plate.
