Recipe makes 5 Servings

3/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 Lb H-E-B Beef Stew Meat
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
1 large white onion, diced
4 cup(s) beef broth
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Broad Yolk Free Noodles

Instructions

In a large zip-close bag, combine flour, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Close bag and shake to combine.

Add beef to bag and make sure it's sealed well. Shake to combine until beef is completely coated.

In a large sauté pan, add oil and pan fry beef until well browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. If necessary, do it in batches. Once done, place meat on a paper towel to drain.

Place onions, cooked beef and beef broth in slow cooker over high heat. Cook about 4 hours on low or until fork tender.

Gravy will thicken from flour but if desired, make a corn starch slurry to thicken more.

Prepare noodles according to package directions about 15 minutes before beef is done.

Serve beef tips with noodles and sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
