Easter Cake Pops

Recipe makes 24 Servings

1 Cake Pops Baking Pan
1 non-stick cooking spray
16 1/2 Oz yellow cake mix, or your favorite variety, batter prepared according to package instructions
12 Oz chocolate bark coating
1 Tsp Wilton White Sparkling Sugar Sprinkles, or your favorite sprinkle

Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Spray cake pops pan with non-stick spray. Spoon batter into bottom half of pan; fill each well in mold (without holes). Place top half of pan on top and secure.
Bake 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean. Cool 5 minutes, remove pops from pan and cool completely.
Melt chocolate according to package instructions. Dip lollipop sticks into melted chocolate and insert into each cake pop. Allow to cool to secure stick in place. Dip pops in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
