Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 1/2 Oz Jell-O Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
1 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
1 cup(s) whipped cream
4 Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuits, cut into thirds horizontally.
2 Tbsp butter, melted
4 cup(s) strawberries
4 Tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package directions with the 1 cup of milk in a large bowl and fold in the whipped cream. Cover and place in the fridge.

Brush all the biscuit pieces with melted butter and grill for 2 minutes per side or until grill marks appear.

Place the pudding mixture into a large gallon sized tip top bag and snip off one corner to form a piping bag.

Place a layer of strawberries and strawberry jam on top of cream then cover with the next slice of biscuit. Repeat on more time then top with the top piece of biscuit.

Serve immediately.
