Recipe makes 6 Servings

4 Oz thick sliced pepperoni
10 Oz H-E-B Ultra Thin & Crispy Pizza Crusts
10 2/9 Oz Così Com'è Tomato Sauce with Basil
2 1/2 Oz fully cooked bacon pieces
2 Oz baby spinach, roughly chopped
4 Oz H-E-B Italian Shredded Cheese
4 Oz H-E-B Whole Milk Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine

Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Place rimmed baking sheet upside down on one of the lower shelves in oven while preheating.
Lay pepperoni in a single layer on a paper towel-lined dinner plate, microwave for 1 minute.
Lay 1 pizza crust on a round (unheated) pizza pan. Use half of sauce on first layer, add half the pepperoni, bacon, spinach and shredded cheese.
Place other crust on top, add remaining sauce, pepperoni, bacon, spinach and shredded cheese on top. Finish with fresh mozzarella balls.
Place pizza pan on top of pre-heated baking sheet for a crispy bottom on crust. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
Chef's Note: Toppings on any pizza can be changed to suit your taste. An all-veggie version of this with peppers and mushrooms would be delicious too.
