Recipe makes 24 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
20 Oz brownie mix
1/3 cup(s) canola oil
3 eggs, large
16 Oz cream cheese, sotftened
2/3 cup(s) sugar
12 Oz Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Bar, chopped

Heat oven to 325°F.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine the brownie mix, 1/3 cup water, canola oil and 1 egg in a large mixing bowl. Mix batter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
Evenly spread the brownie batter in the prepared baking dish and set aside.
Combine cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute or until cream cheese mixture is light and fluffy.
Add 2 eggs to cream cheese mixture and mix on low speed for 1 more minute.
Evenly spread the cream cheese topping over the brownie batter.
Bake the brownies on the center oven rack for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with the chopped chocolate candy bar and cool the brownies completely before cutting into 24 squares.
Place brownies in a sealed container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
