1 Hill Country Fare Devil's Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
2 fl oz Kerrygold Butter, melted
4 Oz peanut butter, melted
2 fl oz vegetable oil
10 Nabisco Oreo Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cookies. Mix with large spatula until batter forms.
Hand crush cookies and mix into batter with large spatula.
Using 6 ounce ice cream scoop, portion out 6 to 7 cookies on a foil lined cookie sheet. Do not flatten, cookies will even out as they bake.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, timing will depend on your oven as each oven will cook a little different. Baking until center is set.
