Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup(s) milk chocolate chips
4 1/2 Oz H-E-B Sea Salt Pretzel Crackers

Fill small saucepan with 1 1/2 cups water, place over medium-low heat or until water reaches gentle simmer.
Place stainless steel or metal bowl over simmering water and add both cups of chocolates. Metal bowl being used to melt chocolate should not be touching water, if it is pour out some water from pot.
Allow chocolate to melt gently by stirring around with spatula. Be careful not to get any water into bowl of melting chocolate or it will seize up. Continue to stir chocolate until completely melted.
Spread pretzels out on sheet pan lined with parchment paper and pour tempered chocolate over pretzels and smooth out with spatula to completely cover all pretzels.
Refrigerate 1 hour, allowing chocolate to set up. Separate chocolate pretzels and serve.
