4 bananas, ripe
1/2 cup(s) PB2
1/4 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) Lily's No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp cocoa nibs, unsweetened

Instructions

Slice each banana into 12 slices and place 1/2 on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet.

Mix the PB2 and water together to reach a nice peanut butter consistency, then spread it over the banana slices. Top each 12 banana and peanut butter slices with the remaining banana slice and skewer with a toothpick. place in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time until melted and spoonable.

Remove the frozen banana sandwiches from the freezer and dip into the chocolate, then return to the sheet pan.

Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and return to the freezer fro a minimum of 20 minutes before ready to eat.
