Recipe makes 24 Servings

6 Oz cream cheese
1/3 cup(s) sugar
4 eggs, large, divided use
1 1/2 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips, reserve 1/2 cup
15 1/4 Oz devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
16 Oz cream cheese frosting

Heat oven to 350°F.
Place paper baking cups in a 24-cupcake pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth then stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Set aside.
Prepare cake batter as directed on package with 1 2/3 cups water and oil.
Divide batter among muffin cups, using about 1/4 cup batter in each cup.
Top each cupcake with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until tops of cupcakes spring back when touched lightly.
Cool 10 minutes in pan then remove and cool completely.
Cover tops with frosting and sprinkle with a few chocolate chips.
