Recipe makes 4 Servings

3/4 cup(s) fat-free Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1 Tsp curry powder
12 Oz H-E-B Solid White Tuna In Water, drained
1 cup(s) grapes
1 celery, diced
2 Tbsp red onions, minced
2 Tbsp slivered almonds, toasted
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
6 Oz romaine lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, sliced

In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and curry powder. Add tuna, grapes, celery, onions, and almonds. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
To serve, place 1/2 cup of tuna mixture into center of each lettuce leaf. Add tomatoes and roll up.
