Recipe makes 4 Servings

10 Oz H-E-B® Frozen Wild Rice
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 Lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/4 Tsp curry powder
1/4 Tsp black pepper
2 Macintosh apples, sliced
2 cup(s) ow sodium chicken broth

Prepare wild rice according to package directions. Set aside; keep warm.
Preheat a medium sauté; pan on medium-high, add oil.
Season chicken with curry, salt, and pepper. Add to hot pan and cook 5 minutes on each side.
Add apples and chicken broth, and cook 5 more minutes on medium heat or until center of chicken is no longer pink.
Serve over wild rice.
