24 Oz mini carrots
3 Tbsp Wyatt's Chile Lime Butter, melted
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Place carrots in a bowl along with butter, cumin, salt and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Lay carrots out on prepared pan and roast 30 - 40 minutes or until slightly browned with a little crunch.

Toss with more salt and pepper as desired.
