1/4 cup(s) onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
30 Oz H-E-B No Salt Added Black Beans, drained and rinsed
10 1/2 Oz Four J Chipotle Salsa
1/4 cup(s) vegetable stock

In a medium skillet sauté onion and bell pepper over medium-high heat in olive oil until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add garlic and black beans and sauté another 3 minutes.
Add in salsa and vegetable stock and simmer an additional 5 minutes before serving.
