1 Pt Swoon by H‑E‑B Salted Caramel Truffle, plus more as needed
3 cup(s) Cap'n Crunch Sweetened Corn & Oat Cereal, plus more as needed to coat ice cream

Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit small sheet pan. Scoop 4 large scoops of ice cream and place onto pan.
Place pan into freezer and freeze ice cream at least 1 hour to make sure scoops are very solid.
Meanwhile, place cereal into food processor and pulse until texture is close to panko breadcrumbs. Remove to a bowl.
Remove ice cream scoops from freezer and coat each ball completely with cereal.
Once each are coated place ice cream back onto pan and into freezer an additional 30 minutes.
When ready to serve place each scoop into a bowl and garnish if desired with a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce and top with whipped cream.
