Crunchy Onion Havarti Turkey Sliders

1 Lb ground turkey
2 1/2 Oz H-E-B Crispy Onions
1/4 cup(s) Whataburger Honey Mustard, plus more for drizzling
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) raw almonds, finely chopped
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
12 H-E-B Bakery Sweet Aloha Rolls
6 Oz H-E-B Organics Havarti Sliced Cheese
2 Oz arugula

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Heat a large skillet on medium.

Place turkey, crispy onions, honey mustard, cilantro and almonds in a bowl. Gently work through with finger tips to mix ingredients. Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and flatten slightly to create sliders.

Add oil to hot skillet and cook sliders 3 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Cover loosely and set aside.

While sliders are cooking, remove rolls from packaging. Do not separate. Slice through whole batch horizontally.

Place rolls cut side up on a baking sheet and top one side with Havarti slices. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.

Remove from oven. Scatter arugula leaves over cheese and then top each with a slider and a drizzle of honey mustard.

Add top layer of rolls and separate to serve.
