8 Corn Tostadas
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Fajitas, roughly chopped
8 Oz fire roasted red peppers, roughly chopped
11 2/5 Oz H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Garden Lime Crunch Chopped Salad Kit
11 Oz H-E-B Chipotle Corn, drained

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place tostadas on oven rack, just long enough to warm.

Place a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken fajita meat and roasted peppers to pan with 1/4 cup water and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated all the way through. Remove from heat.

Toss salad mix with pepitas, fried onions and avocado lime dressing, all included in chopped salad kit.

Divide chicken between warmed tostadas and top with salad and chipotle corn. Serve immediately.
