Crunchy Honey Mustard Chicken with Green Beans

2 1/2 cup(s) mini pretzels, or about 5 oz.
1 Tbsp salted butter
1/2 cup(s) Whataburger Honey Mustard
12 Oz H-E-B Organics Snipped Green Beans
1 1/2 Lb thin sliced chicken breast
1/4 Tsp sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375˚F.

Place pretzels into a heavy plastic bag (a freezer strength resealable bag works great for this). Crush into crumbs with a rolling pin.

Melt butter in microwave for 20 seconds. Mix in 1 tablespoon honey mustard. Toss to coat green beans and place on a foil lined baking sheet around the outside, leaving and open area in the middle for chicken.

Pour remaining honey mustard on a plate.

Pour pretzel crumbs on a plate. Coat chicken on each side with a thick coating of honey mustard and then pretzel crumbs.

Place chicken in the center of baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with green beans.
