Recipe makes 4 Servings

16 1/4 Oz Hill Country Fare Pear Halves, drained and thin sliced
4 romaine lettuce, washed, dried and chilled
1 cup(s) H-E-B Honey & Nut Toasted Oats
1/4 cup(s) red onion, sliced and separated
1 cup(s) H-E-B Small Curd Cottage Cheese
3 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Honey

Chill can of fruit in freezer for 30 minutes.
Arrange lettuce leaves on individual salad plates or a large platter; set aside.
Place cereal and pecans in a plastic food bag and crush.
Add one fruit half at a time to bag with crushed cereal; press to coat.
Place coated fruit on top of lettuce leaf.
Coat the remaining fruit.
Scoop 1/4 cup cottage cheese next to each fruit and drizzle with honey.
