Recipe makes 16 Servings

2 H-E-B Bakery French Stix Loaves, sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup(s) pesto with basil
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup(s) H-E-B Rotisserie Chicken Original, shredded
1 cup(s) H-E-B 3 Color Bell Peppers
2 red onion, sliced and separated
4 Tbsp Extra Virgen Olive Oil

Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
Spread the French Stix halves with pesto and evenly spread 2 tablespoons shredded cheese on each half of bread.
Sprinkle shredded chicken over cheese and top with remaining shredded cheese, 3 color bell peppers, red onion slices and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake on center oven rack for 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and turns golden.
Cut each half into 8 slices and serve.
