1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Crispy Rice Cereal
1/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Romano Cheese
8 tilapia fish fillets
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Real Mayonnaise
2 lemon, cut into wedges

Heat oven to 500°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine rice cereal, pecans and cheese in a food processor bowl and process for 5-10 seconds, then place in a shallow dish and set aside.
Place the fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Spread the mayonnaise on each fish fillet and top with cereal/cheese mixture to coat the fillet.
Bake fish on the center oven rack for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily from the center.
Top with lemon wedges then serve.
