1 Lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
9 H-E-B Taco Shells

Preheat grill or sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Tear basil and mint leaves into small pieces and place in medium bowl. Add vegetable components and dressing to slaw; mix to combine.
Set slaw aside for 5 minutes, and remove liquid and reserve.
Season shrimp with blackening rub and place on grill/pan and cook 1 minute per side, or until shrimp starts to turn into a 'c'.
Place shrimp in taco shells and top with slaw and reserved liquid from slaw.
