Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Lb H-E-B 93% Lean Ground Turkey
1 1/4 Oz H-E-B Less Sodium Taco Seasoning
12 H-E-B Corn Tortillas
1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 medium roma tomato, chopped
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cheddar Cheese Shredded, fat free

Brown ground turkey over medium-high heat in a 10 to 12-inch skillet.
Add taco seasoning and prepare as directed on package; cover and keep warm on low heat.
Place 3 corn tortillas on microwave tray and microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until crispy golden, turning tortillas once during heating.
Complete toasting all corn tortillas and set aside.
Spoon taco filling into toasted tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
