Crispy Potato Hash with Roasted Garlic Butter

2 1/2 Lb H-E-B Diced Russet and Red Potatoes
4 Tbsp Wyatt's Roasted Garlic and Herb Butter, melted
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Italian parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp kosher salt

Preheat oven to 400F

Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl, and set aside.

Place potatoes into a mixing bowl and combine with the butter, minced garlic and parsley. Coat the potatoes completely in the butter herb mixture and season with 1tbsp of salt.

On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, place the seasoned potatoes onto the pan and into the 400F oven. Cook for 30-45min or until potatoes look browned and crispy and can easily be pierced with a toothpick.

Remove from oven, season to taste with more salt and pepper and serve with a juicy steak.
