Crispy Pork Tacos with Cotija and Pico

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1/2 cup(s) white onion, thinly sliced or julienned
2 Lb Mi Tienda Seasoned Mexican Style Pork Al Pastor
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
12 H-E-B Taco Shells, plus more as needed
1 cup(s) Cotija cheese, grated or shredded, plus more as needed
12 Oz pico de gallo

Place a large sauté pan over medium heat.
Add onions and sauté for 4 to 6 minutes or until just starting to color.
Add meat and lime juice and cook until meat is nicely browned.
Assemble tacos by spreading a little meat in each taco shell, garnish with Cotija cheese and pico de gallo. Garnish with any other condiments desired.
