Crispy Chicken Wings with Gochujang Caramel

1/2 cup(s) Gochujang Unchained Glaze
1/2 cup(s) honey
2 Lb chicken wings
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a small non-stick pan combine glaze and honey.

Bring to a simmer and cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to keep it from burning. Remove from heat and allow to cool while preparing chicken.

In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with salt, pepper and sesame oil.

Place wings on sheet pan lined with foil and bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375°F and cook an additional 15 minutes or until interior temperature of wings reads 170°F.

Once wings are cooked, immediately place them in a bowl with Gochujang caramel and toss to coat.

Chef's Tip: Wings are also great grilled. Prepare wings as instructed except grill 7 to 10 minutes over medium heat instead of baking in oven.
