24 Oz H-E-B Natural Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
1 1/2 cup(s) plain Greek yogurt
3 Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Monviso Peeled Garlic Cloves, lightly crushed
1 cup(s) English cucumbers, grated
1/4 cup(s) fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
2 Tbsp water
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed to taste
2 H-E-B Chopped Salad Kit, Backyard BBQ or your favorite variety

Instructions

Preheat oven air fryer to 400°F.

Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook 8 minutes (flipping half way) or until chicken is nicely crisp; transfer to a plate to cool.

While chicken cools, make tzatziki ranch by combining yogurt, garlic, cucumbers, lemon juice, chives, water and pepper to a blender.

Blend until smooth then season to taste with salt and more pepper as needed; set aside.

Assemble salad by placing chicken and salad kit into a large bowl.

Toss well to incorporate and serve with tzatziki ranch.

Chef's Note: If dressing is too thick, simply add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to reach desired thickness.
