Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb thin sliced beef milanesa, sliced into thin pieces
1 Tsp fresh garlic, minced or zested
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Toasted Sesame Oil No Stick Spray, as needed
1 Tbsp canola oil
10 1/2 Oz H-E-B Broccoli Florets

In a bowl, combine meat with garlic and soy sauce, toss together to combine.
In a large non-stick sauté pan, spray pan liberally with sesame oil and add canola oil.
Add beef and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes before adding broccoli.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or just until broccoli is slightly cooked but still crunchy.
Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired. Season with more soy sauce to taste.
