1 Lb pork carnitas

Preheat a skillet over medium-high.
In a medium bowl, season carnitas with seasoning.
Brown carnitas about 5 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
While meat is cooking, combine vegetable components with lime juice to make slaw.
Layer carnitas in taco shell and top with slaw, crema and pickled onions.
