Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 1/2 Lb prime sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch thick strips
2 Tsp H-E-B Creole Seasoning
1/4 cup(s) olive oil

Soak 10 to 12 wooden skewers in water for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Place meat onto the skewers and place in a resealable bag or container. Sprinkle with seasoning a drizzle with oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
To cook, place skewers on a preheated grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before eating.
