2 cup(s) Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce
3 Tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Spicy Creole
3 cup(s) Real Company Aged Basmati Rice, Cooked according to the instructions on the package

Heat a large skillet over medium-high.
Season fillets with olive oil and creole seasoning.
In a hot skillet on medium-high, sear fillets two minutes per side then pour creole sauce evenly over fish.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer five minutes.
Serve fish and sauce over white rice.
