14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cup(s) water
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1 cup(s) Traditional Polenta, dry
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheese Romano

Instructions

Bring broth, water and salt to a boil in a 2-quart pot.

Gradually whisk in polenta until mixture is smooth.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, until polenta is thick and pulls away from the side of the pot as it is stirred.

Stir in cream and cheese; remove from heat.
