Recipe makes 5 Servings

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup(s) broccoli florets
1 cup(s) red onion, chopped
2 cup(s) zucchini, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tsp Creole seasoning
8 Oz orecchiette rigate pasta, measured dry and cooked according to package directions
1 1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
1 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated

Place oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in broccoli, onions, zucchini, and garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
Season with Creole then add in cooked pasta, toss then add in cream. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat and stir in cheese. Let sauce thicken then season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
