Creamy Parmesan Chicken with Asparagus and Tomatoes

Recipe makes 5 Servings

12 Oz cappellini, dry
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
8 Oz asparagus, woody ends removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Pt cherry tomatoes
9 Oz H-E-B Creamy Parmesan Cooking Sauce
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped

Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Place oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in chicken and cook until well browned on all sides, remove from pan to a bowl.
Add in asparagus and tomatoes to the same pan. Cook several minutes tossing frequently until tomatoes begin to wrinkle and asparagus is tender, returning chicken to pan.
Pour in cooking sauce and bring to a simmer, cook several minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Toss chicken and vegetable sauce with pasta and garnish with parsley.
