Recipe makes 8 Servings

1/2 Lb H‑E‑B Organics Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
8 Oz mushrooms, sliced
5 Oz baby spinach
15 1/2 fl oz H-E-B Healthy Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
4 Oz plain goat cheese, crumbled

Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in olive oil and garlic, cook a few minutes until garlic is fragrant, add in mushrooms and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes until mushrooms are well browned.
Add in spinach and toss with mushrooms. Cook until spinach is wilted.
Add in pasta sauce and goat cheese, cook until simmering. Remove from heat and toss with pasta. Serve immediately.
