Cranberry Raspberry Holiday Salsa

Recipe makes 10 Servings

12 Oz fresh cranberries
1/2 cup(s) fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Coconut Sugar
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup(s) green onion, finely chopped
1 Tsp fresh lime zest, grated very finely
6 Oz frozen raspberries
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, finely chopped

Heat a saucepan on medium. Add cranberries, fresh orange juice, coconut sugar, red pepper flakes, green onions and lime zest.
Bring to a simmer. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes, or until cranberries start to pop and break apart. Add raspberries and remove from heat.
Gently break apart raspberries in the hot sauce, stirring gently as they thaw. Sauce should be chunky.
Allow sauce to cool. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Stir through cilantro just before serving.
