1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Whole Wheat Four
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp kosher salt
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
3/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
9 Oz white chocolate chips
1 cup(s) dried cranberries
1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped, optional

To create your giftable cookie recipe in a jar, start by combining flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
Place flour mixture into 1 quart jar. Layer in the remaining ingredients.
Write the following recipe on a card to attach to jar:
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Cream 1.5 sticks butter with 2 eggs. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon orange zest. Add cookie mix from jar and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Spoon rounded tablespoons of dough onto a non-greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool cookies on baking sheet a couple of minutes then remove to a wire rack.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
