Recipe makes 12 Servings

1/2 cup(s) pecan pieces
1 cup(s) cranberries, chopped in food processor
3 cup(s) H-E-B Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 3/4 cup(s) apple juice
1 cup(s) original syrup
2 Fuji apples, chopped

Heat waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions.
Combine nuts and cranberries in a food processor bowl and pulse the mixture two times until mixture is coarsely chopped.
Add waffle mix and juice to the cranberry mixture.
Pulse the waffle mixture 3 to 4 times until smooth with chunks of nuts and cranberries.
Pour 1/2 cup batter into the heated waffle maker.
Cook the waffles until golden brown.
Remove from waffle maker and keep warm.
Combine the syrup and chopped apples in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat on high power for 4 minutes or until syrup & apples are heated through.
Serve with hot waffles.
