1 non-stick cooking spray
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Whipped Low Fat Cream Cheese
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup(s) walnut pieces
4 pork top round Milanesa cutlets
1/4 Tsp ground black pepper
4 Tsp H-E-B More Fruit Red Raspberry Fruit Spread

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix cream cheese, dried cranberries, and walnuts in a small mixing bowl.

Divide cream cheese mixture into four equal portions; set aside.

Season both sides of pork cutlets with pepper.

Smear 1 side of each cutlet with a portion of cream cheese mixture.

Roll cutlet into pinwheel.

Set seam-side down in hot skillet, sear 2 minutes.

Place skillet in hot oven 5 minutes, or until internal temperature of pork reaches 145°F.

Top with raspberry fruit spread, or serve on the side.
