Cracked Pepper Grilled Chicken

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, butterflied
15 1/2 fl oz Cookwell & Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Peppercorn & Garlic Sear-N-Crust Rub

Place chicken in a zip top bag and coat with vinaigrette. Seal bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated. Marinate in fridge for 4 hours.
Preheat grill to medium.
Remove chicken from bag and shake off excess marinade. Season chicken with rub, spray chicken lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Grill chicken 7 to 8 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Place chicken on a plate and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of marinade.
Chef's Note: Garnish with additional fresh cracked black pepper before serving.
