Recipe makes 8 Servings

3 1/2 Lb Beef T-Bone Steak, cut into 4, 1-inch thick steaks
2 Tbsp Café Ole Texas Pecan Coffee
1 Tbsp H-E-B Sugar
1 Tbsp McCormick Gourmet Ancho Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Onion Powder
2 Tsp McCormick Ground Cumin
2 Tsp McCormick Cracked Black Pepper
2 Tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Combine all ingredients excluding the steak in a small bowl, creating a rub.
Spread rub evenly over both sides of steaks and set aside.
Heat charcoal until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on high 10 minutes with lid closed.
Grill steaks 4 inches above medium heat.
Cook steaks 9-12 minutes per side until steaks reach an internal temperature of 140-150°F.
Let steaks stand 2-3 minutes, then serve.
