Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

5 Lb Gold potatoes, sliced about 1/8" thick
32 Oz H-E-B Easy Melt Queso Cheese
1 1/2 cup(s) half and half
1/3 cup(s) green onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, leaves only, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Layer potatoes with overlapping edges on bottom of a 9" X 13" pan. Scatter cubes of Easy Melt cheese over first layer of potatoes. Sprinkle green onions and cilantro over cheese.

Add another layer of potatoes on top and repeat layering process 3 more times, or to top edge of pan.

Finish top layer with remaining Easy Melt cheese. Pour half and half evenly over potatoes and top with Parmesan cheese and remaining onions and cilantro.

Cover and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes, just to brown cheese.
