Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

16 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Pork with BBQ Sauce
1 H-E-B Grade A egg
4 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
11 Oz green giant mexicorn, drained
6 Oz Hill Country Fare Yellow Cornbread Mix
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 425°F.

Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Evenly spread shredded pork in prepared baking dish and set aside.

Combine egg, milk and corn in a medium-size bowl.

Add cornbread mix and stir well to combine.

Evenly spread cornbread mixture over shredded pork and add cheese to the top of the pork.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.

Cut and serve with a spatula.
