4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
1 cup(s) Lamb's Cornmeal
1 cup(s) maple syrup
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 medium large navel orange, zested
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 cup(s) golden raisins

In a large pot bring milk to a simmer.
Once milk has come to a simmer add in cornmeal and stir constantly to make sure it doesn't stick to bottom of pot. Add in maple syrup, cinnamon, orange zest, vanilla, salt and golden raisins.
Reduce heat to low and stir mixture until cornmeal has absorbed all the liquid and mixture is thick like oatmeal. (about 8-10 minutes). Serve while hot with ice cream or fresh fruit.
