Recipe makes 24 Servings

32 Oz Velveeta Original recipe cheese
8 Oz diced tomatoes green chilies
4 State Fair Corn Dogs
8 Oz black olives, pitted & sliced

Melt cheese with tomatoes and chilies in microwave for 2 ½ minutes. Pour into a baking dish and set aside.
Heat corn dogs in oven for 15 minutes at 375°F.
Slice into 4 coins and place in cheese dip with a cut side up. Dab a little of melted cheese in center on the cut side of corn dog and place a slice of olive on the cheese.
(optional) Place shredded pepper Jack Cheese on the cut side to help hold olive in place.
Heat in the oven at 425°F for 15 minutes. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
